Returns
You may return a product within 3 days of delivery, provided it meets the following conditions:

The item is unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging

The return is initiated within 4 days from the date you received it

To start a return, please contact us avanti.permanest@gmail.com. We will provide you with return instructions and the shipping address.

Please note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is defective or you received the wrong product.

Refunds
Once we receive your returned item, it will be inspected. If the return meets our criteria:

 A refund will be issued within 7–14 business days to your original payment method

Shipping charges are non-refundable

If the returned item is damaged or missing components, a partial refund may be issued
